Spring bar pre-V style buckles (left and top): $10 with strap

This is the buckle shown in most pics on my site. It's economical, handsome, reliable and easy to install and remove. The tang is rather thin, otherwise it's a decent buckle at a decent price.

If you're concerned about durability and safety: Spring bars are used in the bracelets and straps of nearly all of the most expensive and admired watches in the world:Patek, JLC, Breguet, Rolex, Omega, IWC, A. Lange and Sohne and dozens of other fine watchmakers rely on spring bars day in and day out.

This is as historic as it gets, these buckles are flat as a board and stylish as hell IMO. They're 2mm thick with a nice tang and very solid construction. They're a natural addition to the more historic straps I offer.

Screw-in buckles: Not offered

Screw-in buckles are not yet offered. I am looking for a quality buckle that won't strip out after just a few uses, when I find one I will offer this buckle option.
