These spring bars replace the lug screws and strap tube assembly on all Luminor model Panerais without impacting the aesthetics of your watch while also improving functionality and ease-of-use. If your Luminor model Panerai has stripped lug threads these spring bars will allow you to continue enjoying the watch without the steep expense of having the entire case replaced. If your Luminor doesn't have stripped threads and you like to change straps frequently these are a perfect way to speed up your strap changes and save your threads, all at once!
These make switching straps on your Luminor a simple and fast process that only takes seconds and more importantly reduces to zero both your stress level and the possibility of cross-threading your lugs.
Simply use your Luminor's screwdriver to depress the slotted end of these spring bars, pop the strap off, remove the one-piece spring bar/tube assembly, pop it into a new strap and reverse the process to reinstall. No sweat-inducing threading, no tubes required in your straps, lug scratches are minimized and at $25 a pair it's a lot less expensive than having your Luminor's case replaced due to crossed up threads :-)
